shredded lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, jalapeños and shredded cheese. Cinnamon chips, sweet and unsweetened tea, ice and disposable ware included.
• Free drink substitutions: Lemonade, horchata or hibiscus tea.
• Meat substitutions: Steak fajita, pulled pork or shredded birria beef; add $1/person for each meat
replaced. One substitution: $17.95; two: $18.95/person.
QUESABIRRIA TRAY - $37.99 PER TRAY
10 quesabirria tacos with grilled onions, 2 jalapeños toreados, 32 oz consommé, sliced limes, diced onions and cilantro. Present as a separate option or taco-bar add-on. Clearly label the price per tray. Do not imply taco-bar sides, drinks or dessert are included. The 15-person minimum applies to the taco bar; any tray minimum remains to be confirmed.
