Uncle Berto’s Burritos is a fast-casual service restaurant concept. Since opening its doors in 2005, Uncle Berto’s has served the Five Forks area with the best homemade Mexican food. Now under a new management and a broader vision, the restaurant presents a more sophisticated look but with the same Mexican homemade flavor.


Our core menu is not based only on burritos, quesadillas, tacos, and nachos. We also offer our customers enchiladas, chiles poblanos, gorditas, and the increasingly famous torta, the Mexican sub. We really want our clientele to have choices when it comes to Mexican fast food. We have included this variety of food options on our menu because we know how to prepare them quickly and without sacrificing quality along the way. This variety is a sharp contrast to other Mexican chains that limit their menus to only a few items.



At Uncle Berto’s you can explore the fabulous taste of an al Pastor gyro, roasted marinated pork, fresh carnitas, Mexican chorizo, charcoaled sirloin flap cut, and marinated chicken breast. We also offer a veggie version of our menu featuring grilled tomatoes, onions, cilantro, green peppers, and zucchini.


Uncle Berto’s Burritos has an open kitchen concept in which you place the order at the counter and while your fresh food is prepared you can explore our salsa bar. We do not use precooked or frozen meats, canned frijoles (beans), or pre-packaged guacamole. All of our plates are prepared when the order is placed. The salsas and guacamole also are prepared every couple of hours, ensuring a fresh tasting dip throughout the day.


Our goal is to provide the same quality and care of a sit-down restaurant in a fraction of the time.




We are proud to offer our signature homemade salsas. The open salsa bar allows our customers to try as many salsas as they want or get extra pico de gallo or pickled jalapeños. Our signature salsas have been a distinguishing factor in all of our restaurants.
